You can chose individual workouts or a workout that suits your entire family. Time at home can be used to perfect your yoga craft or even practice line dancing. Check out workouts on Utube or Free Workout or any of the channels listed below. Have you checked with your favorite gym or studio. Many are renting out equipment to their members and streaming classes on line. Most gyms or studios have paused memberships or have modified memberships to offer on line live and recorded streaming classes.
